The Trust is set up to serve the wider Wrexham Community and we are delighted to support two local charities that have close connections with the Club. The Wrexham Miners Project is working to preserve the Miners Rescue Station built in 1913 on Maesgwyn Road. The Trust is delighted to support the Project with a £1,000 donation. Club Director Humphrey Ker is to run the Manchester Marathon in April 2025 to fundraise for the centre. Details of the fundraising can be found here. Wrexham Food Bank is setup to help local people facing crisis and hunger. The Club held collections at recent matches and are also making donations as part ticket sales for the Kop Stand. The trust is equally delighted to support this initiative with a £1,000 donation. More information on the work of the Food Bank can be found here. |
