Great prizes in the WST Christmas draw
HOW WOULD you fancy being £500 richer and helping WST at the same time? Then why not take part in our raffle; we are running the Annual WST Christmas raffle again this year with a whole host of prizes, from our top prize of £500 to DVD players, golfing days with Wrexham legends, signed football memorabilia and much more!
All members will be sent tickets with the forthcoming newsletter and for all you committed fans, there will be further tickets available from the Wrexham Supporters Trust shop. The prize list is growing all the time and it is for a very good cause, especially as we are getting so close to our target of raising £250,000 to help buy shares in the club.
In other news, we held our first surgery last Saturday, and we will be back again this Saturday before the Stevenage FA cup match. We will be running a surgery every Wrexham home game, so if you have any concerns, comments, news or views please pop in and see us.Each surgery is attended by at least two board members so is an ideal way to let your voice be heard.
That said, we arent scrapping any of our other plans for getting the WST message across. We will be running both a Fans Forum and a Roadshow event soon. The Fans Forum, open to all WST members, will be on December 4, and we have a special guest in the form of Darren Ferguson. The Reds player will be interviewed by WSTs Pete Jones and will be discussing his career at the Racecourse and reflecting on some of the more interesting moments in his career. We are also dusting off the WSTs version of the Mystery Machine, so we can pile into it and head off up to Llangollen in a few days time. The WST Roadshow will be at the Smithfield from 8pm on the 16th November. Also coming up later this month November 25 is the Kenny Aid Concert at the Centenary Club. Headlined by the Declan Swans, it also features top DJ support from Dave Perfect and DJ Kelvin and is in aid of a true star, Sir Kenneth of Pemberton. Tickets are £6 from the WST shop.
