snowdonWrexham FC's march to the top of Snowdon is growing in momentum with the number signed up to make the walk fast approaching 100 but we dont want to stop there and urge as many fans as possible to join in. This will be a historic occasion, one not to be missed, were we will adopt Snowdon as part of Wrexham for the day as we raise funds on the walk to the top of Wales.

The new Supporters Trust CEO Richard Green will be part of the team walking to the summit and he commented: "The response so far has been fabulous. It's great to see people of all ages undergoing this trek and the picture at the top will be one to cherish. We would encourage all Wrexham fans to join in, whether they are members of the Supporters Trust or not. The top of Snowdon is a most beautiful place and filling it with Wrexham fans will be an awe inspiring sight."

The Red Army Walk is to take place on Sunday 17th July 2011. The Supporters Trust is running coaches to Snowdon for anyone raising over £20 in sponsorship - they don't have to be a member of the Trust, just wear a red Wrexham FC shirt!

We believe this will be a first for a football club and will be a fantastic and fun way for people to show their love for their club and raise money for the cause. Anyone wishing to make there own way to the Pen-Y-Pass car park, from where we will start our ascend up the Miners Track route at 10am.

If you havent signed up yet to join in the walk, you can do so by either downloading a sponsor form from the Trust web site or simply writing to `REEPOST WST'. Please register your name and whether you need a place on the coach, which departs from the Turf in Wrexham at 8am on the morning of the march, by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots.
