Negotiation News - Public Announcements and Press Events
On Friday the directors of Wrexham Football Club, Wrexham Village and Crusaders released an update on current negotiations. The Trust has made representations to Mr Moss about clarification of the statement, rather than provide a detailed response.
The Trust is engaged in a sensitive a period of confidential negotiations with the owners of Wrexham Football Club, Wrexham Village and the Crusaders. These negotiations have a commonly understood timeframe. They are complex and relate to the Racecourse, Colliers Park and the football club representing a substantial business transaction.
As you would expect the Trust intends to honour the confidentiality of the process, operate in good faith and progress the negotiations in a professional, business like and discreet manner. We take this approach out of respect for the owners and the acquisition process and not least because this is what would be expected by the people of the town and local partners.
Everybody understands the background to these discussions and decisions that have been made in the past. The Trust must make clear that it has not made and cannot make decisions about the running of the club and it is not empowered to make any such decisions.
Wrexham Supporters Trust will continue to work professionally and constructively to achieve the objective that both parties wish to realise in these negotiations. We remain happy continue to discuss progress with the Club and work with the club as quickly as circumstances allow.

Celebrations œ membership high, shopping frenzy, Snowdon peaks
Trust membership has now reached over 1200, for the first time. We are entering a period when membership renewals are approaching and we are obviously very keen to ensure that membership levels continue to rise.
The stall, in Wrexham town centre, continues to work well and this weekend almost £600 was collected and further members were registered. A huge thanks is extended to all of those working on the stall and promoting interest in Wrexham Supporters Trust. This weekend we received a promise of a significant, individual donation and an introduction to a large business with interest in supporting Wrexham Supporters Trust.
The Snowdon event becomes ever more popular, with rumours that fans of Newport County have decided to copy the initiative. With imitation being the best form of flattery, it is clear that the fundraising team has hit on a major winner! The number of declared walkers is rapidly approaching 150 and this promises to be the most successful fundraising event to date.
Saturday Shop: The stall we have in Wrexham Town centre on Saturday's had its best ever week so far with £470 raised, and two new members. Many thanks to everyone who helped out, and also to those who bought items from the stall. Also a big thank you to Matthew Purslow who was selling some of our older stock at Chirk Car Boot Sale today.
