Update as at Thursday 18th December, 10pm.

This article contains important information for fans who have not yet purchased tickets, and fans awaiting collection/posting of online purchases.

facupsmallSales for our allocation of 4,300 tickets at the Britannia Stadium on 4th January are continuing at a fast rate and we expect to completely sell our full allocation.

Demand for this FA Cup 3rd round clash is high.

We have seen 1000 new Club Members joining in the past 4 days who have gained access to Phase 1 ticket sales. This take us to our strongest ever position and we welcome you all to co-ownership of the Club we all love.We will be announcing details of some of the other benefits for all our Club Members early in the new year.
Phase 1 ticket sales close at 1pm on Saturday... Club Membership sales close at 9pm on Friday night.
It is not too late to join as a Club Member for Phase 1 access - but time is running out!
So that we can plan carefully and safely for the release of any remaining tickets into general release on Saturday evening, we will be temporarily closing to new members for 24 hours from 9pm on Friday night.
To ensure you have priority access to tickets in Phase 1 and avoid missing out, you should do two things:
1. Purchase a Club Membership (Adult, Youth or Junior Dragon) online here before 9pm on Friday 19th December. Please use a unique email address for each new membership.
2. Purchase your #Up4Stoke match ticket online here or in person before 1pm on Saturday 20th. No further additions to the queue outside the shop will be allowed after 1pm. Guidance for online sales to ensure tickets are grouped together are here
Season ticket holders are guaranteed a ticket, and Club Members have priority access to tickets but only until 1pm on Saturday.

Arrangements for Ticket sales on Saturday 20th at the Racecourse...
We expect the Racecourse to be very busy on Saturday all day - so we ask all fans wishing to buy FA Cup tickets to help us and to plan ahead.
We will open from 9am, but please if you can, buy online in Phase 1. We urge you to do so here.
It will save you from queueing and possibly missing out on a ticket.
Please do not wait until Saturday morning to try through and then find you have account problems - we will not be able to help you after Friday night - as we will all be supporting the Racecourse sales on Saturday.
There will be no online sales for FA Cup match tickets after the close of Phase 1 at 1pm. All sales from this point onwards will be from the Racecourse only.
If you can not get to the Racecourse to buy a ticket, we suggest you "phone a friend" who can. Fans Forums (eg Red Passion or Spirit of 78) are a good place to make these links.
We will have significant additional members of staff, volunteers and tills on Saturday, and extra stewards to manage the queues. We will be separating sales as follows:
Club Shop - Dartford Match tickets, Southport Away Tickets/Travel and Club merchandising only. There will be no FA Cup ticket sales or membership sales from the Club Shop on Saturday.
RCF Office (Back of the GUS Stand on the alleyway by Glyndwr University Carpark) - This will be the only sales point for Stoke FA Cup tickets and coach travel. There will be no other sales from this point. Cash/Card sales only.
Phase 1 Sales
If you are a Season Ticket Holder or Club Member you can still buy tickets between 9am and 1pm. There will be no additions to the queue after 1pm, and your eligibility for Phase 1 tickets will be checked electronically prior to purchase. Please do not join a queue if you are not eligible to buy a ticket (either because you have purchased one already, or are not a Season Ticket holder/Club member) as you will be turned away.
Phase 2 - General Release Sales.
Any remaining tickets at 1pm will be entered into the general release pool. Sales will commence from the final whistle (circa 4.45pm) of the Dartford game and continue until the queue is cleared, or until all tickets are sold.Tickets will be sold in strict queue order.
Once we know how many tickets are available for general release, we will advise fans of this via Twitter and what limit per person will apply. At all times we will act fairly and in the interest of ensuring the largest number of our fans can safely enjoy the #FACupAdventure.
Should there be any tickets left after Saturday, these will be available for purchase from the Club Shop during normal hours on Monday.
Please stay in touch with us...
Please follow us on Twitter @WSTtweets and @Wrexham_AFC and keep an eye on the Trust and Club websites.
We will post updates here first.
Ticket Collection and Posting
Tickets bought online for collection will be available from the Club Shop during normal hours from Monday 22nd, and we will start to post out on this date also.
As ever, we thank our fans - who are the greatest in the world. Please be patient, follow the above guidance and the advice of stewards and staff, and enjoy chatting to your fellow fans in the queue.
