Do you receive our regular Club Newsletter emails?
We need you to help us keep your contact details up to date. This is important as we are trying to reduce printing and postage costs to the Trust, so that our income can support the Club in other ways.
It is also important as we are about to send out our AGM packs to members – which include information about WST elections and AGM resolutions, and ballot papers. We will send these out by email, and with a hard copy only to those members we don’t have an email address for.
We have over 4,000 members, but only around 3,000 email addresses, and we suspect many of these do not successfully reach recipients. You could be missing out on important Trust and Club information.
Do you receive our regular emails?
If not, please can you:
1. Check your junk / spam folder. If you use online email services, our emails may have been placed in a different folder from your Inbox automatically – for example Gmail puts them in the “Promotions folder”
2. Check that we have your current email address and it is correctly inputted.
You can do that simply online by clicking here and logging in, or by visiting the link on the Membership menu on the WST website.
You will need your new style Membership number from your membership or season ticket card from last season to login. This number is also on your confirmation email if you joined online - it is listed as "CustomerID".
